…chdog evtd wiring (caty-ai/.github#63, design v2.2 §4): the reusable files an [intake] ticket into caty-ai/evtd-inbox per external voice. Org secrets are not visible to called workflows without explicit pass-through — this adds the one line. The secret is optional (required: false): until the org secret exists, the reusable warns and the 6h inbox sweep remains the net. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
